Mebant is producing industrial foam insulation products since 1985 and has become the market leader in Turkey for industrial foam converting in the past years.

Mebant has direct relations with main OEM’s in Turkey and serves Automotive and White Goods manufacturers as both Tier 1 and Tier 2 Supplier. Besides the domestic market, we also export our products to major Automotive companies in Europe, North America, North Africa and even Far East countries like Korea and China.

 We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant  for our General Manager inEskişehir.

The qualifications required for this position are as follows;

·       University degree

·       Minimum 2+ years related experience as an Executive Assistant

·       Good verbal and written communication skills

·       Ability to organize and follow up daily workload by priorities

·       Pro-active approach to problem solving

·       Should have good level of MS Office skills,

·       Minimum intermediate level of English

Main responsibilities will be as follows;

·       Organizing the daily schedule and managing calenders

·       Making necessary preperations for meetings, visits, organizations etc.

·       Managing internal and external communication channels

·       Managing information flow in a timely manner

·       Making travel and accomodation arrangements

·       Organizing and maintaining the filing system for Executives

·       Preparing periodic reports
