Aftersales Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,  
• Engineering training or generalist interested in equipment and/or maintenance,
• Fluent in English spoken and written (Knowledge of French and/or German will be an asset),
• Significant experience in after-sales service or design (5 to 10 years) in public works or agricultural machinery, or in the maintenance sector combining different technologies: mechanical, hydraulic,electrical etc,
• Capable of taking responsibility,
• Analytical thinking, dynamic, team player, good interpersonal, good communication skills,
• Experienced in team management.

Job Description:

• To ensure the excellence of all the after-sales service functions provided by Mecalac and its dealer network, in order to guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty,
• Ensuring excellent responsiveness to requests and comments from dealers and customers, while organizing medium and long-term improvement actions,
• To ensure the proper distribution of the necessary technical supports made available to the network, especially when launching new models (user manual, repair manual, NIT, etc.),
• Plan and coordinate after-sales service operations to ensure total satisfaction of our dealers.
• Ensure the operational follow-up of the staff under his/her responsibility,
• To ensure reactivity and efficiency of the technical assistance activity, from taking into account the problem by the after-sales service until the point it is actually solved for the customer or user. In order to fulfil this mission, to ensure a pivotal role at the level of internal services between quality, testing, R&D and production,
• To ensure warranty management and compliance with warranty conditions by dealers,
• To ensure the performance of the spare parts process, in a hierarchical manner with its team and transversally with all the company's departments and in line with the group strategy.
