QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a team leader to work at our international call center that specializes at Health Tourism.
• First point of contact for patient enquiries
• Processing web based leads
• Making outbound calls and providing information about our services
• Patient booking
• Managing call center team and motivate team to increase sales
• Co-ordination between patients and hospitals
• Active database management of patients to ensure high quality of service and active treatment follow up
• Planning in line with monthly sales targets and developing daily, weekly and monthly sales and marketing strategies
• At least 5 years call center experience or minimum 2 years of team leader experience especially in Health Tourism.
• English is a must. Arabic, French and Spanish speaking candides are preffered.
• Self motivated & energetic, result oriented, team worker and strong interpersonal communication skills.
