Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

  • Having at least 3 years of experience in the field of Digital Marketing,
  • Having actively used, prepared and managed Google Adwords ads for at least 3 years,
  • Having managed a monthly minimum budget of 50,000 TL in the  fields of Facebook Ads and Google Ads, 
  • Having knowledge about Yandex Direct and Facebook Ads, having previously managed campaigns,
  • Experienced in Affiliate, Influencer and marketing
  • Having comprehensive knowledge of reporting and analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica
  • Possessing the ability to analyze and planning, thinking fast and analytically,
  • Experienced in Apple iWork, MS Office and knowing English,
  • Having completed the military service for the male applicants, or having postponed it for at least 2 years
  • Residing in the European side,

Our company is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist who will work under a R&D specialist and who has the qualifications listed below.


Let's get to know our job

Basic definition of the position; to receive between 150 and 500 patient applications per day in accordance with the determined targets. To follow and improve the conversion rates by passing the relevant patients to our coordinators. To provide critical success factors regarding this.


  • To get the necessary applications on the web with the budget given every day,
  • To reach high conversion rates by optimizing advertising costs,
  • To respond to the messages coming from Facebook, Instagram etc. and type them into the system,
  • To steadily raise the conversion rates of MEDENLive Health Group websites,
  • To present advertising and search reports at the end of the day in the form asked by the board.
  • Graduated from the universities' 4-year related departments such as Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering and Mathematical Engineering,
  • Experienced in  Google Ads, Google Analytics and Social Media (Google, Facebook, Instagram Yandex, Twitter, Linkedin), advertising and  reporting management
  • Experienced in Facebook ads, Retargeting processes, Digital Marketing automations, and technical integrations,
  • To make the necessary preparations for the advertising budget,  to coordinate the advertising process in line with the advertising budget, to achieve maximum performance in line with the reports, to coordinate and prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports
  • To make keyword planning in Adwords search ads, prepare a negative keyword list for each campaign. To audit the keyword quality scores and offers on active ads daily
  • Having the comprehensive knowledge of  data strategies that will allow playing a consultative role in data-driven marketing activities,
  • To be able to determine appropriate role models for the subject, for example; head haemorrhoid patients (drivers, detection of  the target masses according to this condition)
  • To transfer information to R&D team supervisor according to the personalized marketing objectives,
  • Innovative management of MEDEN Inc.'s Data Management Platform, (E.g Advertisement planning based on target audience management and patient characteristics)
  • To be able to actively work with the relevant departments of the R&D team, (E.g Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Campaign Solutions)
  • Reporting of new usage status and consumer behavior among all digital assets entering the data management platform and supporting the label management according to them
  • Cooperating with MEDEN Inc teams to form data targets, to complement the requirements of the data analysis, forecasting and communication strategy recommendations to support marketing objectives,
  • Developing road maps between brand and media teams to increase the targeting ability as well as the use of consumer data, to determine the road map with the SBA / PRM Specialist ,
  • Having mastered all the concepts of SEO and optimization processes,
  • Being active and willing to work on improving the advertising performance and customer experience,

  • Detail-oriented, perfectionist, open to new ideas, possessing advanced planning and problem solving skills, and able to manage stress
  • Able to measure and report the feedback of digital plans made,
  • Able to use Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premier softwares,
  • Having knowledge in SEO, Facebook, Re-targeting and Digital marketing,
  • Having advanced knowledge on using Google Analytics,
  • Able to use Adwords Editor software,
  • Familiar with basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, js etc.),  preferably having had experience in using Google Tag Manager,
