QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Flymedi is looking for a Patient Services & Operations Responsible who has a great command of English. The person should be very passionate to build a career in health tourism field in a rapidly growing environment

This position requires working in the field and a high level of energy.

Requirements:

• Advanced level of English
• Preferably having a medical tourism background (A nurse or having worked in an operational department of a hospital)
• Great communication skills with a trust building attitude
• Good listener and good explainer with patience
  
• Strong organizational skills
• Energetic and passionate about the tasks
• Good reporting skills

Job Description:

• Assisting the patients at all stages regarding their operations.
• Providing translations between the doctors and the patient.
• Guiding, accompanying and visiting the patients whenever necessary.
• Organizing the transfers between the airport-hotel and the clinics.
• Handling the hotel bookings for the patients.
• Preferably experienced using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Taking initiatives when necessary, problem-solving attitude.
• Constant communication with the Sales and Operation Teams.
• Following up with the patients in post-op period.
