QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree,
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in an agency or company side,
  • Advanced level of MS Office, Sharepoint, Photoshop/Illustrator
  • Advanced level of English,
  • Having sound reporting skills,
  • Ability to think on a design point of view,
  • Ability to develop ideas both for online and offline channels,
  • Open to communication and constructive feedback,

 

Job Description

  • Acting as a first point of contact for all internal communication duties; managing the internal communication calendar, content, digital channels (company internal social media tools, digital screens, newsletters, intranet, etc.) and all other relevant touchpoints aligned with company internal communication strategy,
  • Planning and executing the communication between executive team and employees to leverage the engagement, to increase motivation, to reach all the internal customers and informing them about ongoing company activities
  • Preparing announcements, developing the medium and content in order to support external communication activities (sponsorship, special days communications and promotions)
  • Editing related corporate contents, following up the 3rd party service provider contract management processes,
  • Supporting New Year Party, seniority awards ceremonies,
  • Localisation of global internal communication contents,
  • Ensuring the Social Responsibility Committee meetings and minutes are held properly, following up the projects and their realizations,
  • Following up the company’s sustainability projects,
  • Organizing the Marketing & Corporate Communications departments’ regular meeting agenda, events and conferences, ensure the order of meeting rooms and welcoming the guests for 3rd party meetings, following up department reporting, organizing team events, conducting internal interviews and researches

  • Supporting Director’s online and offline agenda needs;.dealing with correspondence and phone calls, managing diaries and organizing meetings, controlling access to the director, booking travel, transport and accommodation, reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines, typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence, managing databases and filing systems, implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative system, collating and filing expenses and miscellaneous tasks to support the Director

Bachelor’s(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
