Logistics Specialist

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably from Logistics or Business Administration Departments,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sector,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Ability to work well in a dynamic environment, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously,
• Ability to work across different functions dynamically,

• Open to work in multiple locations. (The position is located in both Head Office and Warehouse.)

Job Decription

• To coordinate XDC and Central Warehouse operations around the Logistics Service Provider, Suppliers and Headquarter, besides to take action in order to meet the needs of the any related operations,
• To follow-up daily operations including the National Transportation in line with the company’s standarts,
• To follow-up Logistics Service Provider KPI in frequency of daily, weekly and monthly.
• Coordination of External Warehouse and stock levels,
• Tracking the pick-up operation to be on time and the national distributions to the stores
• Enhancing the national distribution operation between Logistics Service Provider and the Suppliers,
• Tracking invoices of the damaged products or  the losses derived from national distribution operations,
• To customize goods acceptance when there is a change needed.
