QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION 

Requirements 

• Effectively leads multiple, large engagements 

• Provides leadership to practice and team direction on engagements beyond individual contribution 

• Develops and manages client relationships 

• Develops others by sharing expertise, coaching, and mentoring 

• Ability to work well with tight deadlines and ambigious requirements, 

• Strong written communication and presentation skills 

• Read and write in English at least Intermediate level 

• Desire & willingness to learn new tools, techniques,concepts & methodologies, 

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Business Management highly preferred, 

• Minimum 4 years of key account management sales experience about IT sector 

• No military obligation for at least 2+ years (for male candidates) 

• This position may require travel on project base 

Job Description 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager with the ability to learn new technologies quickly and take on new responsibilities!

Roles

Reporting to the Sales Director the ideal candidate will be responsible for: 

• Following the latest trends and developments in own field and adapt in the organisation 

• Making significant contribution to company's sales revenue 

• Responsible for achieving sales targets and maximizing sales and revenue 

• Defining and developing key account relationships and contact strategies 

• Building and maintaining a constant/future accurate pipeline 

• Develop, maintain and implement account plans and opportunity plans 

• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction
