Summary 

The role of the Warehouse Operations Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of the work and maximizing productivity of our warehouses via of 8 reefer technicians.

Qualifications and Job Description

Requirements

• Graduated from the bachelor degree  in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent,
• Native Turkish Speaker; Good English communication skills ( verbal and written ),
• Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Programs,
• Have a  technical knowledge reefer maintenance and repair,
• Living or willing to reside in Istanbul,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inbound activities at the warehouse,
• Cost management for all warehouse related activities,
• Follow and make domestic and international reports all about the warehouses operations,
• Follow up and update weekly forecast,
• Solve daily issues, challenges of container  storage in the warehouse,
• Make sure system are update correctly and timely for inbound,
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping workstations neat; maintaining clean supply area and perform proper safety protocols and procedures,
• Lead and maintain commercial reefer activities.
