Purpose of the Job

This position is fully responsible and accountable for the proper usage, data entry, and data exports for all systems and processes related to bookable and non-bookable content (hotels, excursions, transfers, other services) in the DMC. This includes training of the staff that uses the system, continuous monitoring of quality, and reporting of technical as well as business challenges to respective central teams. When it comes to new feature requests, the role will set up the requirements for the development teams based on qualified and well detailed analysis of needs from the business users in the DMC. This is a critical role for the success of the data management in the destination and thereby achieving company targets such as time-to-market and bookability in the digital era MP has embarked on.
