The leading international travel agency  “Meeting Point Turkey” who is operating 8 different region in Turkey, is grow by leaps and bounds in Antalya&Aegean regions and now looking for “Quality Specialist".

• 2+ years of experience in the sector,
• Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written in English or German,
• Excellent command of MS Office programs,
• Flexible, result oriented, multi-tasking, dynamic, co-operative, team worker,
• Male candidates must have completed military obligation,
• Strong leadership and customer relationship skills,
• Self-triggering and dedicated to finalize the tasks neatly in certain deadlines
• Self-motivated, eager to learn and open to self-development
• Hardworking and teamwork oriented

İŞ TANIMI

• To manage customer correspondence and negotiations
• To control customer service level of the quality field personnel of MPT
• To control the materials used by MPT in the field are aligned with Corporate Identity of all brands represented by MPT 
• To prepare statistics and reports
• To assist managing the field processes of  Info groups / Fam Trips / Incentives / VIP’s / Journalists and Mediatrips for all brands
• To support managing the situations such as conflicts, crises, indefinite for all brands
• To manage advertising correspondence
