CALL CENTER CONSULTANT

We are waiting for the candidates who will work as “CALL CENTER CONSULTANT” in our central office at BAHÇEŞEHİR - BAHÇEKENT / ISTANBUL.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Able to speak and write Arabic or Persian languages in advanced (native) level beside English,

• Preferably able to speak and write Turkish language at good level,

• Preferably experienced in inbound - outbound calls,

• Must have strong communication skills both verbal and written,

• Have ability to think analytically,

• Able to use MS Office programs at good level,

• Must be positive, presentable, high motivated beside presentation ability,

• Must have empathy skill and proper to teamwork,

• Must be good follower, careful and disciplined,

• Able to work in flexible hours,

• Ready to work with salary + bonus.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To respond to incoming / outgoing calls and customer requests received from digital platforms.

• Introducing the housing (real estate) projects according to the needs of customers,

• Informing customers about campaigns and innovations,

• Preparing activity reports and customer follow-up,

• Providing of necessary ideas and feedback for the development of sales.
