Customer Service & S&Op Management Specialist

We are hiring a “Customer Service & S&OP Management Specialist” for our “Production Planning & Logistics” Team in our Factory in Topkapı!

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications;

• University degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial etc.) or Natural Sciences (Chemistry, Physics, etc.), or Business Administration,
• Min. 1 year preferably 3 years of experience in similar SCM (Supply Chain Management) roles. Experienced in cross-functional processes/projects management,
• Deep knowledge of Supply Chain Management and ERP systems,
• Good knowledge of cGxP Practices, PIC/s GMP and TITCK GMP requirements,
• Fundamental financial & managerial accounting knowledge,
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is appreciated,
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills,
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications,
• Fluent in English.

Job Description:

• Supporting the Monthly Demand Review Meeting (midterm horizon 3 to 24 months) as input to Supply Review meeting and Monthly Business Review (MBR) meeting within Sales & Operations (S&OP) process.
• Giving assistance in monitoring the delivery commitments in terms of quantities and timelines, in accordance with the SLAs. Supporting the management of backlogs and backorders between the Site and customers/ next supply points.
• Ensuring compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and HSE (including record management) and continuous improvement of quality relevant processes within area of responsibility.
• Giving support for the interface between the site and its customers both internal and external, providing visibility of the supply plan.

• Supporting demand control activities (short term typically 0-3 months, within the time fence) and providing inputs to Master Planning Schedule (MPS) and detailed scheduling.
• Preparing/issuing production and packaging work orders.
• Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders: Actively seeking alignment with experts from different functions such as Marketing, Sales, Quality Control, Quality Assurance and other supply chain functions.
