We are looking for a "Controller" for Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Turkey.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or related disciplines
• 5 years of experience (Min.3 years’ experience in Big 4 Audit company is an asset)
• Strong analytical skills
• Highly motivated to achieve desired goals and objectives
• Results-oriented track record
• Mastery in ability to focus on details as well as decision making
• Take active role in project development and adaptation
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in the face of change
• Team player and initiative taker
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in MS Excel

Job Description:

This position will report directly to Controlling Head.

• Prepare Financial Statement (Balance Sheet, Income Statement), Operational, and KPI reporting on a monthly basis
• Complete monthly reporting package within the group (Financial Statement, Budget, and Forecast)
• Analyze and adapt the differences between Local and IFRS reporting
• Contribute to the strategic planning and execution that will affect the future direction of the company by providing forecasting, analysis, and regular long-term planning for management and HQ
• Responsible for providing the necessary data both for internal and external auditing
• Ensure the development and implementation of updated Financial Control, BI and Management methodologies, tools, and measures
