Digital Service Drive (DSD)  links the physical and virtual contact points between customer and dealer and thus supports the Best Customer Experience in service performance. The DSD elements are integrated into the Mercedes me ecosystem and the dealer's processes, creating a seamless customer journey. Currently, DSD elements are already increasing the customer service experience in more than 25 markets.

Qualification 

• Degree with focus on business administration, economics, international management or comparable education
• Fluent in English and German, Further foreign languages desirable,  
• Work experience min. 3 years in an international after-sales company (service)
• Operational experience (e.g. processes, systems) in the automotive sector
• Ideally project manager and change management processes experience
• Competence in communication, committee work and international projects
• Extensive knowledge of Daimler AG's internal structures including sales levels  
• Affinity to digital/ IT solutions
• High analytical/conceptual/process-related/intercultural competence
• End-customer- and retail-oriented thinking and acting
• Focused on goals and results
• Ability to work in a team
• High resilience in time-critical tasks
• Project management reporting
• Willingness to travel 

Job Description

• Support market with implementation of new functional, technical and legal demands of DSD elements
• Conduct market calls on a regular basis to improve business performance  
• Contribute to market penetration and KPI achievement (Push activities) in collaboration with PM
• Coordination and steering of DSD Retail Challenge
• Identify measures to improve usage, help and track it‘s implementation
• Controlling/Reporting of current status and i.a. escalation (Risk management)
• Alignment and steering of translations
• Organization, execution and follow-up of workshops (onsite + online)
