Job Description

• Single point of contact for all technical questions and issues for the respective RPA systems and landscape 
• Operational management expert for all infrastructure related activities for clients’ RPA landscape. 
• Responsible for the coordination of all stakeholders within a landscape (needs to our Mercedes-Benz global network)
• Evaluating and management of system related change requests on behalf of the client.
• Planning the complete set of yearly RPA Infrastructure operations in their responsibility 
• Controlling, planning and implementation of software upgrades with IT 
• Collaboration with RPA and other providers on technical issues  
• Coordination and communication skills with multiple levels of an organization,
• Able to work independently on his assigned tasks.

Qualification

• Graduated with Bachelor's degree in related field such as Engineering, Information Technology and Computer Science discipline:
• +2 years of experience in Monitoring and Application Operation 
• Comfortable working with the technology hands-on if needed.
• Experience in the topics of infrastructures and Azure DevOps pipelines is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others to take action
• Able to work on DevOps/Scrum Team on agile methodologies
• Able to travel if required
• German and English would preferred, only one of these languages are required
