•    Experience in designing ALM processes 
•    Good command in implementation and customizing of System Monitoring in SolMan
•    Good command in implementation of ITSM and ChaRM (ITIL knowledge is preferred)
•    Familiarity with Data Volume Management and Custom Code management is a plus.
•    Full lifecycle support including designing proof-of-concept, process mapping, design, configuration, go live and operation support
•    Translating business needs into solution architecture requirements and delivering ALM solutions
•    Identifying key drivers of a defined, straightforward problem and solution proposal
•    Min. of 5 years of architecture experience with SolMan
•    Must be able to work closely with different stakeholders
•    Familiarity with SAP Activate methodologies
•    Reporting to service manager
•    Evaluating and management of system related change requests on behalf of the client.
