Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Computer/Software/Engineering or related fields
• 0-2 years of experience
• Advanced level of English, German is an asset
• Must have:
  • Knowledge of web services, API management and implementation of system integrations, design patterns
  • Experience with Windows operating systems; configuration, implementation and administration
• Following are a plus:
  • Experience in manual and automated testing
  • Knowledge of SQL-like database querying languages
  • Experience in continuous integration/delivery practices and similar DevOps concepts
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Jira
  • Experience in SaaS or Cloud Technologies
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management processes

Job description

• Test APIs both manual and automated
• Implement, maintain and enhance automation frameworks
• Integrate interfaces seamlessly with API-surrounding infrastructure and processes
• Execute functional, regression, integration and end-to-end tests
• Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot issues reported in the API management platform
• Ensure that cloud-based infrastructure and services are utilized as efficiently as possible
