Job Description

Publishing the service measures and recall actions to the services, coordinating their customer communication, and documenting and reporting the recall operations to the Ministry of Industry and Technology

As the part of the Technical Operations team, sharing the responsibilities of :

• Providing technical information and support to the authorized Mercedes-Benz services and ensuring their readiness for the new technologies and vehicles prior to their market launch
• Responding to the written technical requests of authorized services
• Planning service visits, performing on-site vehicle inspections concerning complex technical problems
• Reporting technical problems to Mercedes-Benz AG, initiating improvement works and ensuring their implementations in dealers
• Maintaining the repair process quality in authorized workshops by regularly organizing audits and taking measures
• Participating in technical meetings and trainings organized by Mercedes-Benz AG, and moderating similar technical seminars for the local network
• Sharing expert knowledge with the warranty, customer relations, spare parts, sales and legal teams
• Quarterly reporting related after sales results to the Customer Services Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from engineering (i.e. mechanical, mechatronic or electrical engineering)
• High interest in automotive technic
• At least 3 year’s experience in automotive industry
• Proficiency in English and preferably also in German
• Very good technical understanding for automotive
• Strong time management skills and good follow-up on open subjects
• Strong communication skills
• High analyzing, decision making and problem solving abilities
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office tools
• Strong customer orientation
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• High flexibility and willingness to travel
• Being result oriented
