Job Description:

• Coordinates fleet sales in line with sales targets, profitability targets and market share targets.

• Plans and performs customer visits in line with the dealer's request or directly.

• Follows the business structure, market dynamics, and business practices of fleet customers, offers products and services for the needs of these customers and ensures coordination.

• Analyzes all service needs of fleet customers, such as used vehicles, financing, insurance, service and warranty. In cooperation with the relevant departments, it prepares sales offers to its customers and promotes the sale of products belonging to sales support units.

• Follows and reports the activities of competitors in the relevant segments and the market.

• Supports the development of the company's pricing strategy in sales to Multiple Sales and Fleet customers.

• Supports and coordinates the "Fleet and Multiple" sales of Mercedes-Benz Türk authorized dealers.

• Manages and maintains the sectoral and regional fleet database.

• Plans, coordinates and implements special events for customers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales departments
• Very good command of English and/or German.
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Have a driver's license.
• To be suitable for team work as a strong communicator.
• To have an analytical mindset without missing the details.
• To be able to take responsibility and take initiative.
