• Undergraduate degree preferably in Engineering / Business Administration / Economics
• Knowledge and experience about labor law,company processes,policies and regulations.
• Excellent MS Office skills especially Excel,experience in using SAP is a plus
• Strong analytical abilities, proactiveand positive working attitude
• Solutionand customer oriented
• Eager for team work, strong communication and problem solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
   

İŞ TANIMI

• Assist payroll operations in making necessary preparations for payroll and incentive calculations,check all payroll results when necessary
• Fulfill payroll requests by employees, prepare related payroll reports such as direct labor hours,expat/impatcosts, payment summary, incentives etc. reports and upload to the corresponding servers and client portals.
• Provide support on execution of personnel affairs process such as entry/leave/transfer and update personal information of employees,prepare neccesary HR reports.
• Updatelocal policies and procedures in relation to Project Future
• Provide support to the labor law and payroll team when NewCotests on SAP/HR and Orchestra(ESS/MSS) systems
• Support to employees and HR Business Partners on payroll,personnel affairs, time management and SSI issues/questions.
