IT- Mercedes PRO Contract Management

Tasks: As expert for Mercedes PRO and Mercedes me for VAN contract management the main focus lays on the rollout of contracts and the whole CCP (Contract Change Package) process worldwide: 

• Coordinate the translation of new contracts or contract updates incl. requests of markets / market assistance  
• Prepare and release info packages and CCPs for all markets, considering the rollout of new contracts for new services and / or contract updates 
• Follow-up and consolidation of market feedbacks and local reviewed documents Preparation of customer communications for all markets for contract related issues 
• Coordination of contract upload in the systems 
• Identification and exchange of market-specific requirements / topics and problems through communication according to different channels 
• Assess the markets' improvement ideas and FAQs, as well as improvement ideas from PC and Truck, consolidate on sharepoints or other formats if necessary, trigger the legal change process 

• Completed university studies in the field of engineering, economics, business administration, computer science, law or comparable knowledge 
• Several years of professional experience in international sales, project management and rollout of digital services 
• Experience in the development, consulting, implementation and evaluation of complex sales processes & IT systems 
• High affinity to legal topics (Data Protection, Civil Right, Telecommunication Law etc.), the car industry and digital services 
• Willing to take responsibility and initiative, as well as to be accurate in work 
• Very good foreign language skills, especially English and German (fluent in spoken and written) 
• Open minded for foreign cultures, willingness to travel, resilience
