• Min. Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering
• Good command of English (German is anasset)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Tolerance to work under stress and flexible hours
• Work experience in field and team coordination including blue collar employees
• Ability of taking responsibility and working independently

• Valid driving license (B)

İŞ TANIMI

• Managing and coordinating after sales services in MBT owned workshops in big customer’s garage area
• Optimizing and following-up workshop processes in order to achieve max. efficiency and productivity
• Coordinating spare part logistics and secure spare part movements in workshop
• Coordinating sub-contractors and maintaining their performance in terms of quality KPIs
• Being in close communication with customers’ technical staff, handling agreements for mechanical and body & paint repairs
• Being responsible for the workshop staff including foremenand technicians, arranging the shifts and determination of  optimum number of technicians for each shift
• Organizing the training program of technicians
• Being responsible for the occupational health and safety issues
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
