Qualifications:

• BS degree in mechanical, electrical and/or electronics-, or mechatronics
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English (German is a plus)
• Experience in vehicle electronics, advanced driver assistance systems, or camera Technologies
• Experience in collaboration with system suppliers
• No restriction to travel abroad
• Capable to work in an international environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills required

Job description:

• Developing multi-purpose camera of ADAS in close contact with suppliers and implementing them into Daimler Trucks (application, software- and functional development)
• Performing and regular reporting of development and testing activities, validation of development processes for release
• Preparing specification book in DOORS according to the latest requirements related to customers, laws, norms, standard software protocols (AUTOSAR), network protocols and  ISO 26262
• Managing the supplier to guarantee the dead lines, milestones and quality
• Project coordination and controlling of intern and extern partners (R&D, testing, homologation, purchasing, sales, plant, after-sales and suppliers) i.t.o. cost, dead-line and quality
• Applying and following development processes, i.e., FMEA, functional-, HW/SW reviews, MiL, SiL, CANoe, CTB, HiL and vehicle tests
