 Job Description:

 The Data@Cloud process enables Project Leads and Risk Owner: 

(i) To be aware of risks (for company data and business processes), to mitigate or accept them and 

(ii) To balance the risks and benefits of the proposed solution to take risk-based decisions, by highlighting risks and further relevant aspects. 

 The Data@Cloud process supports an adequate risk management in accordance with corporate governance requirements. However, all other applicable company regulations have to be fulfilled. Furthermore the implementation of mitigating measures is responsibility of the Risk Owner. 

 Support Specialist will:

• Provide initial startup information for the customers about CRP 

 • Brief experienced cloud project managers on latest changes and hints 

 • Collect, respond and analyze demand. Prepare best practice and case documentations with workflows. 

 • Answer and log telephone calls/e-mails for support activities 

 • Follow headquarter changes about the process and keep the local support chain up to date 

 • Report headquarter about types of calls, resolutions and improvement areas
