QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Professional experienceat least 3years
  • Up-to-date knowledge of IT patterns (web technologies, state-of-the-art architectures, etc.), e.g. Java, Angular, Spring Boot
  • Knowledge of marketing specific solutions (e.g. CMS, DAM, creative tools)
  • IT Service Management (e.g. ITIL) and knowledge of according tools (JIRA, Confluence, CISM, etc.)
  • Agile project management methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) System Integration
  • IT Security at software development & infrastructure operation
  • Software Development & Operation
  • Lifecycle Management and execution of IT projects
  • Service & Operation management
  • Strong presentation & communication skills
  • Able to travel frequently (up to 80%)
  • Fluent in English and German


İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking an IT Service Manager to our Global IT Solution Delivery Center in Turkey.
  • Understand processes und functionalities to consult the business partner regarding enhancement & realization of IT services
  • Transforming of technical needs into IT deliverables –non-functional and technical requirements
  • Identification and specification of requirements and derivation of realization options to discuss with IT team, supplier or operation center
  • Management and prioritization of technical demands
  • Use of project management methodology for extensive demands
  • Estimate implementation effort and perform feasibility checks of requirements
  • Specification of the technical implementation (HLD)
  • Understand and communicate implementation problems or difficulties
  • Planning and coordination of development/implementation and according sprint planning, backlog prioritization, etc.
  • Review development results with supplier and proceed acceptance tests, handover and introduction to stakeholders
  • Define, improve and track lifecycle processes in a standard proceeding for all services
  • Securing the operation including escalation management of security and availability according to SLA/OLA
  • Assignment and alignment of/with operation and coordinate service provision (operation level agreements)
  • Assure license & certificate management
  • Creates and maintains the project documentation
  • Creates project reports for different stakeholders
