Senior Financial Analyst

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Senior Financial Analyst in the Bus Operations Controlling organization of Mercedes-Benz Türk. You will be involved in all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analyzing our financials and key process indicators to deliver actionable insights.

Purpose of our Bus Operations Controlling is to steer the efficiency and profitability in cooperation with Plant Management. We therefore cooperate - strict but supportive - with our business partners from supply chain until end of production ! 

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Industrial or Production
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, German is an asset
• Relevant work experience in Production or Controlling areas, plant knowledge is an asset
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office Applications, SAP knowledge is preferable
• Analytic thinking, social competence & teamwork ability

• Supervision, planning/monitoring labor costs, overheads and funding of Bus plant 
• Budget creation, tracking and release and Business support to departments with Budget and Investment-sided issues.
• Production time and content tracking, analysis and reporting of reference vehicles, optimization verification
• Preparation of Plan-Actual deviation analysis, cost transition analysis between periods. Content and trend analysis of labor cost, energy, consumption material, repair&maintenance, outsource expenses.
• Analysis and approval of purchase requests for Production related expenditures.
• Production guidance, feasibility calculations and financial impact of production changes
• Ad-hoc cost analysis, business case calculations, identification of cost-saving potentials
• Participation in meetings related to overheads and investments & preparation of ad hoc reports and presentations. 
• Improvement of Overhead and Investment planning,tracking related processes, methods, tools
