GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI


Job Description 


•Timely preparation of all tax declarations and their attachments according to the Tax Legislation; filing to the Tax Office; following up tax payments and deductions, accounting of related transactions,

•Execution of transfer pricing analysis to be used for corporate income tax declaration in accordance with transfer price regulations; preparation of legal transfer pricing report with review of external auditor and providing to authorities,

•Preparing necessary documents regarding tax and transfer pricing demanded from tax authorities and Ministry of Finance; accompanying tax inspectors during tax audits by providing them needed information; representing the company for tax and transfer pricing issues; visiting tax office when necessary,

•Following up changes and updates in tax legislations and transfer pricing; analysis of their impacts on the company and timely implementation; informing related departments about the changes; providing an advisory to other departments about tax issues,

•Periodic execution of e-ledger activities,

•Preparing legal questionnaires and forms in coordination with related departments,

•Execution of tax planning for EA and OP,

•Perform and support some closing tasks in the Accounting department,

•Scrapping process management, preparing related documents, communication with Major Tax Office.



Qualifications 


•Bachelor’s degree in relevant departments (Economics, Business Administration, Finance),

•Good knowledge of Turkish tax legislation and generally accepted accounting principles,

•4-5 years of experience in Tax and Accounting in a multinational company (preferably tax/outsourcing departments of audit companies or accounting department of a multinational company),

•Ability to interpret financial data and strong analytical skills,

•Excellent verbal and written skills in English and/or German,

•Advanced coordinating, organizing and communicating skills,

•Tolerance to work under stress, self-starter, self-motivator,

•High level of empathy and convincing ability.
