QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree (in electrical engineering, vehicle technology, mechatronics or comparable)
- In-depth knowledge of analog and CAN-based measurement technology, Sensor technology, materials technology and vehicle-specific evaluation technology
- Good knowledge of Diadem, MARC, Mathlab / Simulink, MS-Office
- Laboratory experience with a climatic chamber is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of English required /German is an asset
- Communication skills, analytical thinking, goal-oriented and independent way of working with high level of commitment
- Completed military service, no travel restrictions, driving license class B. C / CE an advantage.
- Planning, set up, support and execution of DEF(Diesel Exhaust Fluid) System Tests with regard to main components (tank, tank heating, level/temperature/ concentration sensors, lines)
- Testing and validation of DVPnR scopes in DEF Laboratory and on the vehicle
- Ensure compliance with internal and legal specifications
- Conception and implementation of a measurement environment: parameterization of measurement hardware and creation of DAC circuit diagrams for data recording with the Diadem software
- Integration of control of ACM parameters via MARC and simulation of system software scopes via Mathlab / Simulink
- Procurement of prototypes, instrumentation and support for components in own test responsibility as well as support for components in test responsibility with internal test partners
- Analysis of conceptual and technical issues
- Implementation and evaluation of measurement data plausibility of results
- Evaluation of prototypes after the end of test and reporting
