Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in Mechatronics/Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering

• Know-how in vehicle electrical/electronic/mechatronic systems and experience in development with a supplier

• Know-how in electronic control unit development from specification creation until testing activities

• Knowledge in development and analysis tools like Vector CANoe is an asset

• Very good command of English, German is an asset

• Strong ability to cooperate and work in a team, ability to integrate, analytical thinking and target oriented working skills

• No military service obligation for male candidates

• Willing to travel abroad with no restriction

Job Description:

• Development of Tachograph systems for Mercedes-Benz Trucks

• Creating specification book, following legal regulations and continuous improvement in/on Truck Tachograph systems 

• Working concepts out for an efficient manufacturing with the suppliers

• Planning, coordination of prototyping activities in scope of Truck switch systems

• Coordination of development, and customer demands (change requests and issues) from various plants like Germany, Turkey, India, Brazil, China and implementing them in Truck electrical/electronics systems

• Project coordination and controlling of intern and extern partners (R&D, testing, homologation, purchasing, sales, plant, after-sales and suppliers) in terms of cost, deadline and quality

• Creation of development processes, i.e., FMEA, functional- and HW/SW reviews, component test bench and vehicle tests
