A vacancy has arisen for a “BPR Reporting Business Process Expert” within the Operations department at Essentra Components(Silivri/İstanbul/Turkey).

Qualifications

Degree level educated

Proven project delivery, programme management, and business analysis is desirable.

Excellent oral and written communication skills – must be articulate and persuasive and have strong relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

Highly motivated, analytical and proactive.

Specialist in building reports.

Knowledge of existing Essentra processes, with the ability to identify deviation.

Able to articulate processes (Process Mapping).

Understanding of D365 capabilities

Previous work experience in process and / or ERP programmes is advantageous.

Living or be able to in Silivri, Beylikdüzü, Selimpaşa, Büyükçekmece, Avcılar and Çorlu

Job Description

In the context of the deployment of Dynamics 365, the Reporting BPE will be responsible for articulating and validating the reporting needs across all regions / sites and at all level in the company, from daily operational to periodic global and strategic reports, as well as feeding requirements, issues/risks and deviations to their Business Process Manager. They will champion the implementation and compliance of the new policies, practices, standardised processes and D365 technology across the entire organisation, with a particular focus on reports available directly from D365 or created using BI tools. This role entail the following:

Mapping of the reporting needs across the entire company.

Fit gap analysis, escalating to BPMs where there is a deviation from the standard reports at a site unless this deviation is due to a legal country requirement.

Responsible for collecting the requirements defined by the users.

Ensures the training materials are created and updated based on regional variation.

Proactively feed into the impact assessment owned by the Change Team.

Support Key users in adoption of the platform during hypercare, coordinating with the change team to drive adoption and adherence to new processes and knowledge gaps.

Deliver necessary guidance and subject matter expertise on reporting to lead the implementation of the programme deliverables across the organisation.

Take ownership for business requests and manage their lifecycle through to closure involving other resources as required.

Document, propose and discuss solution options with clients and partners. Facilitating the development of ‘To-Be’ business processes and discussing these with clients and partners.

Work with all key stakeholders to ensure the solution realises the key benefits and remains aligned to the overall BPR Transformation initiatives.

Providing SME input across a variety of programme workstreams including Testing, Training, Data, Reporting and Business Change. Support the other project and business teams in all related activities and ensures delivery on time. Providing quality oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle
