Essentra Components are a global market leader in plastic injection molded, vinyl dip moulded and metal components. Part of Essentra PLC, an established FTSE 250 business, working within industries such as automotive, construction, electronics and medical.

We supply low cost injection moulded components used by manufacturing companies in their manufacturing process. Our primary target is B2B Manufacturers i.e. companies who build products used by other manufacturing companies. To do this we combine the flexibility and expertise of being a manufacturer along with the broad range and high service ethos of being a distributor. We operate in 27 countries worldwide with 11 manufacturing facilities and 24 logistics centers which together serve around 90,000 customers.

A vacancy has arisen for a “Quality Process Executive” within the Quality department at Essentra Components(Silivri/İstanbul/Turkey).

Qualifications

·         Bachelor's degree preferably fromMechanical Engineering, Metallurgy or Industrial Engineering departments of universities

·         At least 6 years of experience in a quality position

·         Fluent in English language

·         Excellent analytical skills and strong problem solving methods (i.e. fish bone diagrams, 5Why analysis). Statistical knowledge is a plus

·         Strong and proven audit experience

·         Knowledge about IATF 16949, ISO 9001

·         Possess demonstrable leadership ability

·         Proven results in meeting customer requirments and expectations

·         Good interpersonal and cominication skills

·         Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment

·         Excellent team building skills in dealing with cross functional team, peers and other functional areas

·         Strong technical writing ability and an ability to explain complex issues in a concise and pain manner

·         Driver's license (actively driving)

·         Living or be able to in Silivri, Beylikdüzü, Selimpaşa, Büyükçekmece, Avcılar and Çorlu

Job Description

·         Creates and utilizes KPI's (key performance indicators) and tools to recording and analyzing product quality levels and interprets and reports trends and improvement plans as part of the quality system.

·         Investigates and resolves customer complaints and quality problems in the field and in the process. Provides effective problem-solving techniques to eliminate problems.

·         Manage customer requirements, able to initiate and contribute to corrective/ preventive actions and continuous improvement activities.

·         Responsible for corrective and preventive action processes, including customer interaction. Uses Lean Tools, Statistical Techniques, and analytical methods to achieve effective problem-solving, root cause discovery, and corrective action.

·         Prepares and submits PPAP documentation per customer requirements. Support new product launches in terms of developing the quality system for new manufacturing processes.

·         Directs all product returned material authorization activities, databases, and reports in conjunction with the sales team, supply chain, operations team ,  and  accounting areas.

·         Leading cross-functional teams to solve problems in the process with relevant departments

·         Maintaining the calibration process

·         Leading Laboratory and test products according to the customer demand and develop
