Job Decription

• Makes decisions on product features and manage the product roadmap,
• Owns the product and is fully accountable for its performance and delivery of value to customers,
• Set the KPI’s of the product, reports the progress regularly,
• Provide customer feedback to the team for context, continuous product improvement and continuous learning,
• Builds relationships within the organization to reinforce a common vision and ensure business buy-in,
• Produces documentation and training to support product development and launch,
• Make benchmark analysis for the product.
