• University degree
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience in payroll, personnel affairs, timekeeping, reporting, annual leave, labor law legislation, and SGK implementations
  • Experienced in Teknopark processes
  • Experienced in the Labor Law No. 5746 and SGK Legislation
  • Excellent writing, spelling and grammar skills in English
  • Excellent understanding of MS Office programs
  • Having strong communication skills and being a good team player
  • Analytical and result oriented mindset
  • Excellent reporting skills, successful in time management


  • Execution of all personnel affairs, payroll, and accrual procedures
  • Execution of monthly declaration and employment & termination procedures via e-declaration
  • Follow-up incentive practices of the organization
  • Execution and follow-up all legal notices in the scope of personal affairs
  • Follow-up the projects carried out in the Teknopark office
  • Making personnel data entry to internal HR system and ensure the information is updated
  • Making the compulsory notifications to the official institutions within the legal period
  • To correspond with official institutions such as SGK, Employment Agency etc.
  • Preparing the required reports related to personal affairs and payroll processes
