• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Quantitative or Technical discipline preferred but not required
• 3+ years of experience in project management, product, or related roles. Experience in management/strategy consulting or related field would be plus
• Self-motivated in a fast-paced environment and able to effectively juggle multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously while ensuring work is accurate, neat and generally error-free
• Ability to quickly understand and augment complex analyses
• Having strong communication skills and being a good team player
• Have a proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable
• Result-oriented and strong planning and organization skills
• Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs

İŞ TANIMI

• Follow and consult on business aspects of projects from conception to conclusion, while juggling many projects at once
• Own executive reporting, lead business review process and coordinate between teams and founder CEO on a regular basis
• Collaborate with teams to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives and ensure that needs of project owners are aligned with business goals
• Act as a point of contact and inform all participants about project status
