• 3+ years of experience in project management, product, or related roles. Experience in management/strategy consulting or related field would be plus
• Able to speak, read, and write fluently in English
• Professional level verbal and written communications skills
• Extremely organized, strong multi-tasking and time-management skills
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
• Solid experience with MS Office

İŞ TANIMI

• Conduct weekly progress meetings with product managers
• Work closely with MD on different projects and tasks
• Provide a bridge for smooth communication between MD and other senior manager staff
• Ensure daily and long-term priorities are managed
• Ability to handle research and reporting needs in business-related fields
• Provide professional administrative support
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations
• Assist as needed with daily correspondences
• Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings conferences, teleconferences, and travel
• Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
