Job Description:

• Deliver specific targets (book & revenue) set by the Marketing department, making calls to the targeted travel agencies, reading from scripts that describe Hotelspro brand & products & campaigns.
• Take feedback from agencies on specific issues.
• Call non-members to generate sign-ups; new members with no book to ensure the first reservation is made; lost agencies to re-activate them and current agencies to increase their loyalty.
• Communicate developments regarding Hotelspro interface, campaigns, events for customer engagement.
• Reporting call details within the defined structures

Qualifications:

• Monthly salary + incentive system based on targets
• Full time
• University degree/university student
• Fluency in English, Turkish is a must
• Good diction in both languages
• Speaking any of these languages is a plus: Spanish, Russian, Arabic.
• Good level of communication skills
• Excel skills
• Structured way of working
