Job Description

The Data sciences expertise is very important for MetLife and has a great contribution for success of EMEA strategy. To accelerate this contribution, we are looking for a new resource, in order to:

• Extract data from different data sources (including web), structured data (classic database: SQL, Oracle, Cloud) and unstructured data (texts, voice, image)
• Build an easily exploitable data environment (example: client matrix)
• Choose and apply the segmentation, prediction and scoring algorithms for each problem (reporting, customer profiling, appetite score etc)
• Work on real time optimization of Machine Learning processes
• Present results and recommendations
• Work cross functionally to ensure all parties involved 

Requirements

• Fluent level English
• MS degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, CS, Econometrics or related field
• Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
• Ability to communicate the results of analysis in a clear and effective manner
• At least 2-3 year experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Having experiences with statistical analysis and predictive models
• Having experience with a statistical package such as SAS, SPSS
• Data visualisation – the ability to visualise data in different formats
• Data modelling, specifically for segmentation
• Database mapping
• Familiarity with AI
• Additional requirements:
  • Fluency in SQL, SAS,  Python programming languages
  • Some development experience in at least one scripting language (PHP, Perl, etc.)
