• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS or related sciences
• Preferably 2 to 3 years of previous experience in Strategy and Business Development departments or Consultancy Companies
• Project Management experience, both waterfall and agile,  is an asset
• Excellent organization skills with ability to handle multiple projects, priorities and deadlines
• Computer skills with proficiency using Microsoft Office
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with ability to create presentations and compose meaningful reports
• Excellent communication and team working skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; with an ability to think holistically
• Well organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated; able to work effectively even amid occasional ambiguity or imperfect information
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

İŞ TANIMI

• Supports development of the strategy and the Value Creation Plan with high qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Monitors market trends, dynamics and competitors to prepare monthly market diagnostics
• Manages the project portfolio within the Metro Cash&Carry Strategy Program; trackes the implementation  of projects; for that purpose defines key leading and lagging indicators of the initiatives and tracks the KPI dashboard to follow the performance of projects
• Supports the cross functional teams for the implementation planning of the strategy;acting as the in-house consultant for project and change management issues, offering advice to all departments which require assistance for new business initiatives or related issues
• Identify and addresses risks and barriers and supports/coaches initiative owners to overcome risks; if necessasry escalates Project risks
• Prepares project reports, progress summaries, analysis and related data assessments
