QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

With around 750 stores in 25 countries, 21 million local and global customers and more than 110,000 employees from 150 nations, METRO Cash & Carry is one of the most internationalized wholesalers in the world and is looking for" HR Analytics Executive" who eats and breathes wholesaling and is determined to shape his/her life.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience and demonstrated knowledge in HR Analytics;  job evaluation, salary & bonus systems, and benefit programs, experience in budget planning and administration
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to analyze and interpret complex data
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of MS Office applications, advanced level of Excel
  • Detail-oriented and systematic
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

 

 


İŞ TANIMI

  • Act as a compensation and benefits consultant for HR Business Partners and  the departments, collaborate with them to understand the effectiveness of existing C&B practice

  • Continuously research and benchmark compensation and benefits programs and analyze compensation policies, wage rates and regulations

  • Design and produce HR analytics, metrics, and reports

  • Follow and evaluate  the grading system, data crunching job evaluation, and benefit programs in line with the company strategies

  • Conducts employee expenses planning and employee budget planning

  • Analyze data for key trends and prepare executive summaries

  • Apply expertise in data analysis and the presentation of data to help inform, influence, support, and execute business decisions for the HR team

  • Improve the scope and the quality of reports and generating new reports that will serve HR strategies

  • Communicate effectively with HR team to understand the needs for required developments in HR systems and transfer their needs to related technical teams in a logical, concise manner
