QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Management, Statistics or similar fields 
• Preferably 2 years of experience in related fields
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• No military service obligation for male candidates     
• Self-disciplined, result oriented, energetic
• Follow up and deadline oriented
• Ability to work independently and under stress
• Strong team player 
• Strong analytical skills, challenging and precise

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supports category management in preparing local category strategies
• Delivers service for the Category Strategy Development program and serves as contact person for Finance / Market / Competition / Customer related topics
• Prepares Excel & Power Point for output of analyses
• Works in a close relationship with Trade Marketing / Controlling / Operations / Supply Chain teams for customer surveys / financial analysis and implementation
• Supports delivery of key Category Strategy Development meetings in country
• Follow-up implementation of approved category strategies in stores by using exit plans and planograms
• Track and trace performance of Category Strategy Development in categories after implementation
