Qualifications: 

• University degree in related departments 
  
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience 
  
• Fluency in written and spoken English 
  
• Good command of MS Office applications, advanced level of Excel 
  
• No military service obligation for male candidates 
  
• Strong analytical, open minded and flexible, willingness to learn 
  
• Customer focus, ability to quickly adapt to the METRO Turkey business and how trading works
  
• Self-disciplined with ability to work independently 
  
• Target and result oriented, ability to handle multiple tasks

Job Description: 

• Take place in the Own Brand Management Team, with new product project works that will keep customer satisfaction at the high level
  
• Analysis of the current product range and identify assortment gap
  
• Set up an action plan for each customer group and agree with category managers (new, improved and removed products)
  
• To determine, offer and perform the best themes for our brands 
  
• Keep track of pricing and quality positioning 
  
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Communication and Brand Management department to promote, communicate OB product range
