Now, we are hiring a Butler Supervisor to join us in Bodrum.

 Core Activities

·       Manage all aspects of the butler team including but not limited to training, rostering, following up on issues.

·       Make sure butlers are assigned to the right villa guests depending on guests’ nationality, length of stay, number in party etc.

·       As a key representetive of our hotel and brand, anticipate guest needs, and handle inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.

·       Review and maintain Villa equipment inventories.

·       Welcome guests upon arrival and conduct a general orientation of  the Villa for the guests

·       Act as a point of contact for the guest during their stay, assisting with any arrangements or requests of the guest

·       Identify and anticipate guest needs and ensure personalized service is provided

·       Liaise with the Front Office and Guest Experience teams, and any other relevant department or section to fulfil all requests or recommendations that the guest has. e.g. in room dining, restaurants, laundry, Spa bookings, special occasions, outside hotel requirements

·       Liaise with other departments that require access to the Villa for operational purposes in order for them to discreetly access whilst the guest is out, or in coordination with the guest. e.g. pool cleaning, room cleaning, turndown service, maintenance etc.

·       To always provide courteous and effective service to the villa guests, to inform them about the hotel activities and facilities (restaurant, bar, wellness etc.)

·       To ensure that the numbers that need to be reached urgently can be reached as soon as possible by having full control over them. To follow and implement instructions and procedures regarding situations such as fire alarm and bomb notification.

·       To have complete information about all room types, prices, promotions,

·       Guiding villa guests inside the hotel.

·       To review the reservations of the villa guests coming to the hotel and to contact before the guests arrive,

·       Helping guests if they have special requests (room decoration, restaurant reservation, etc.)

·       The requests of the guests who are left unfinished and missing at the end of the shift should be noted for the next shift and the works should be followed. Information about the subject should be conveyed and if necessary, the guest should be informed about the developments.

·       Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.

Qualifications

·      Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset

·      Computer Knowledge and experience in MS office programs.

·      Knowledge of Opera is required.

·      Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset

·      Must speak fluent Turkish and English, any additional language would be an asset

·      Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure.

·      Experience of motivating and leading a winning team.

·      Guest service and detail oriented
