JOB POSTING – PERSONAL ASSISTANT
We are a Multinational Financial Technology an Advisory firm that produces financial products for various financial needs. We are currently seeking a Personal Assistant for our Fintech  Team to join our constantly growing and energetic team.


JOB DESCRIPTION
The position requires both assisting the Senior Partner together with his team. In this regard, the role requires a high level of responsibility in various areas. We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant who can provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.


Responsibilities:

·         Handle external international and domestic calls.

·         Calendar and meeting management including the diary management, organization of the meetings and appointments, organization of business trips (check-in, travel, and hotel arrangements), arranging teleconference calls.

·         Maintain the Senior Partner’s contact database.

·         Printing, copying, binding documents and distributing the copies to the Team, if necessary. Scanning official documents.

·         Welcoming guests, clients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.

·         Handle all confidential material relevant to company operations and personnel issues

·         Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed such as undertaking variety of administrative support tasks (expense sheetsetc.) for the Senior Partner and the  Team.

·         Handle the general office duties and facility management, if necessary.

·         Liaising with the Accounting department to report to the international head office. 

 

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE
We seek applications from individuals with at least 3 years plus (up to 12 years) general office experience, including experience supporting senior level executives/managers in a global corporation along with the following experience/skills:

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills in Turkish and English;

·         Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask;

·         The ability to take discretion and be proactive, problem-solving skills; good judgment; able to work under pressure;

·         A self-starter able to work on own initiative and well in a team environment; open-minded

·         Very good knowledge of standard MS Office applications and the ability to learn company-specific software;

·         A university diploma is a must.

·         Punctual and capable of working overtime as required;

Interviews will be conducted both in Turkish and English.
