GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Main Purpose:

 
  • Effectively communicates and builds relationships with Sales & Marketing  leaders at many levels within the organization.
  • Assists line managers every aspect of employee development and relations utilizing key HR tools & processes to ensure all employees are fully engaged in and committed to the business growth
  • Serves as an employee advocate to foster a culture of openness, trust and inclusion
 

Job Description:

 
  • Holds HR consultant role within the Sales & Marketing Function - dealing with all HR metrics including recruitment, budgeting, training, career management, performance management, compensation & benefits 
  • Provides coaching and feedback to the line managers on execution of HR programs; evaluating effectiveness, reviewing and seeking improvements on the execution of the systems and processes
  • Assists the HC planning, recruitment, assessment, and exit interview process 
  • Suggests candidates for succession plans, and coaches the talents to maximize their competencies in order to meet the current and future leadership needs of the business
  • Actively communicates with employees to understand their needs, concerns and provide HR consultation to build harmonious employee relations within the organization
  • Provides employee relations support including but not limited to; facilitating coaching meetings either one-on-one or in small groups, supporting department onboarding efforts and career pathing objectives. 
  • Ensures effective operating model and controls are in place; Own CoC and Speak-Up processes; partners with internal audit & functions if necessary; implements and maintains audit requirements within areas of responsibility.



Qualifications:

  • University degree in related fields, MBA or master’s degree in human resources is preferred
  • Minimum 8 years experience preferably in a multinational company with a strong HR agenda
  • HRBP experience in Sales and Marketing is an asset 
  • Effective facilitation and coaching skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation 
  • Ability to manage and accomplish multiple tasks on a timely manner 
  • Analytical mind with strong planning, organizational and budgeting skills 
  • Good understanding of labor law and market practices 
  • Excellent command of English 
  • Strong MS Office knowledge
  • No travel restriction
  • B Class Driving Licence (Active driver)
  • No military obligation for male candidates
