 What about the role?

We’re looking for a Maintenance and Bottling Manager in Şarköy plant. The role will report to Plant Manager.

What you will be doing?

The main responsibilities are;

• To determine all maintenance needs of the factory, to ensure the fulfillment of planned, corrective & preventive maintenance activities.
• In addition to planned maintenance, managing the process and solving the problem through making prioritization.
  
• Spare parts management, identifying, monitoring and supplying the needs.
  
• To carry out daily/weekly/monthly production plans of the bottling department in accordance with the production and efficiency targets of other relevant departments.
  
• To prepare all necessary data on planned and carried out bottling processes for planning.
  
• To ensure that auxiliary enterprises are operated in the most efficient and appropriate way.
  
• Making improvements in bottling for efficient, qualified, low-cost production.
  
• To monitor all working machines, equipment and devices in the factory, to ensure periodic cleaning, maintenance, verification and calibration of devices.
  
• To ensure that the investment needs of the factory are determined and budgeted and to ensure that investments are realized in a timely, efficient and quality manner by working in coordination with the investment planning department.
  
• To work in coordination with: Production, Quality, OHS and Environment, Warehouse, Purchasing, Accounting, Human Resources
  

What we are looking for

• Graduation from the Mechanical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• To have at least 5 years of experience in the maintenance, repair and food sector.
  
• Experienced in production processes and bottling filling lines.
  
• Experienced in team management and communication.
  
• Strong root cause analysis, Analytical Perspective, Continuous improvement and being solution-oriented.
  
• No travel barriers
  
• Advanced level of English
