What about the role?

We’re looking for a Procurement Finance Reporting Manager in HQ office in Istanbul. The role reports to Head of Procurement and the roleis at the heart of the Procurement Finance Operating Model, providing valuable guidance and support to the organization owning the performance agenda including delivery of all procurement financial metrics whilst ensuring a robust control and risk management environment.

What will you be doing?

The main responsibilities are;

• Acting as Procurement Finance Business Partner for Turkey market across all categories (Supply, Marketing and Indirects).
• Performance management of Procurement Productivity targets
• Development of the Procurement financial plan, ensuring local finance alignment
• Financial & strategic input to the development Procurement strategy
• Capability building across the finance and procurement community
• Find opportunities to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness in finance processes, leveraging standards, systems and data
• Leading all for all Procurement Risk & Governance reports and ISO Audits and managing required actions

What we are looking for;

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance and Business Administration and other related fields,
  
• Experience of dealing with stakeholders and suppliers, Supplier quality development
• People management or major projects team management experience
  
• min 8-10 years of experience in finance reporting and budgeting.
  
• Knowledge of SAP
  
• Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
  
• Planning and prioritizing activities
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Fluent English is a requirement
