We're looking for a "Senior Bottling Specialist" for our plant in Alaşehir.

Job Description:

To run the bottling department effectively and make sure the output is of high quality by adapting to latest technology. To ensure the best results are achieved to serve the best input to other departments.

Responsibilities:

• To execute daily/ weekly / monthly production plans in accordance with production and productivity goals of other related departments.
  
• To prepare all the required daily / weekly/ monthly / bi-yearly data to planning, related with planned and realized bottling processes.
  
• To supervise the bottling department in order to achieve productive, qualified, low costed and only for required quantity.
  
• To keep the machinery, equipment and devices running, ensuring periodic cleaning and maintenance of the necessary devices, ensuring periodic maintenance, verification and calibration of the necessary devices.
  
• To ensure the necessary coordination with the maintenance team in new machine assembly and line changes, to provide the energy and other needs that are mandatory for the system.
• To ensure the stockpiling of the necessary materials (packaging, consumable materials) in order to prevent the work of the working machines from being disrupted.
• To determine the training needs of the personnel working in the bottling department in the field of machine knowledge, setup, operation, proficiency and to ensure that they are completed successfully.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering,
• Min. 6 years of experience in related fields,
• Good knowledge of bottling and production processes,
• Experience in FMCG sector and a multinational environment is an asset,
• Up-to-date knowledge on bottling,
• Strong analytical, process and interpersonal skills,
• Effective verbal and written communication skills,
• Self-motivated, resilient and flexible attitude,
• Good team leader and team player,
• Good knowledge of MS Office Applications,
• Good command of English,
• No travel restriction
