We as MGallery The Bodrum Hotel Yalıkavak are looking for an Income Auditor to join our amazing team, where we make the impossible possible to make our guests and talents dreams a reality! 

• Ascertains that all charge received for billing are proper and with complete supporting papers
• Prepares statements of account
• Ensure that payments receivable with accounts receivable record and makes adjustments, if necessary.
• Verifies accuracy of postings to the ledgers and age the accounts
• Reconciles subsidiary ledger cards with control accounts
• Computes travel agents’ commission and summarize total amounts payable clerk during the month
• Submits to Accounts Payable for preparation of voucher and cheque
• Prepares monthly journal entries, adjustments and allowances for receivables
• Responsible for Credit Cards Payments & Bank Settlements Reconciliation According To PCI-DS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard )
• To handle all credit cards charge back cases directly with the bank
• Ensure deposit posting and adjustments
• Review and confirm refunds requested according to Accor SOP
• Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry, experience in luxury hotels
• Experience with accounting and facilities management software (Opera, Micros Simphony, Logo Tiger)
• Strong attention to detail, highly responsible, organized & reliable
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
