QUALIFICATIONS
Miaplast Aesthetic Clinic is the Cosmetic Plastic Surgery Clinic in Turkey for the European market is looking for Medical Tourism Sales Specialist to join its sales team in Istanbul.
You are the right candidate for this position if you:
are fluent in written and spoken English and preferably Spanish, German, French and Italian
are a bachelor or master graduate from an university
have excellent communication and negotiation skills
are a good listener and able to communicate and convince easily over the phone
are proficient in MS Office applications
have great organizational skills and persistence,
have great attention to detail,
are passionate, enthusiastic, self-motivated and sales driven,
are proactive and able to take initiative
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be expected to:
deal with plastic surgery and medical aesthetics coming from different online and offline channels and conduct all the sales and acknowledge processes
contact with inquiries via email, telephone, instant messaging or online chat
understand patient’s needs correctly and empathically
prepare the treatment plan with the doctor and give price quotations to patients for medical tourism packages
if necessary arrange conference calls, video-consultation and appointments with doctors,
deliver an excellent customer service,
